I'm Hailey, and I positively impact lives through healthy eating and give you the confidence to get back into the kitchen cooking from scratch using my tried and tested recipes.
I don’t believe in dieting and everything associated with the traditional dieting world, such as calorie counting, points and syns, cutting food groups, or starving yourself. I focus on positive habits, nourishing your body, but also finding that balance so you can still enjoy the occasional slice of chocolate cake without the guilt.
I’m a certified Nutritional Therapist and healthy chef. I live by my philosophy of getting back to basics, eating real food, using your own intuition, and listening to your body.
